HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

Happy New Year everyone. We hope you had a safe and happy New Year's Eve.

We had an uneventful new year here. We did manage (barely) to stay up until midnight to ring in the new year. We both had to work on New Year's Eve, so we were up at our normal time yesterday morning. Made for a long day.

Today, we dismantled the Christmas tree, and put all of the decorations away. The house looks kinda bare now, but it is nice to be back to normal.

Today, we are going to brave the bitter cold, and do some Christmas gift exchanging. Hopefully the cold and the football games will keep people inside & returns/exchanges lines won't be too long. Wishful thinking...
